Issues with e-mail

We have had an issue with our e-mail server, more specifically our ISP mis-flagged our outgoing mail as spam.

Sadly, their customer support works at the speed of continental drift so I have taken matters into my own hands and gone down a different route.

Mail (digests, new user activations, etc) are now being sent, but theres an increased risk that our mail might now be flagged as spam by your mail service - so always check the Junk box if you’re looking for an email from us.

I’ll work to reduce the risk of mail coming from us being seen as spam, and in the meantime, thanks for your patience.

@Liam Is your email DKIM authenticated?

I’m not an expert, but my understanding is that your messages are less likely to end up in spam if you have this set up.
