So, Starling’s ‘experiment’ of engaging with its customer base via an online community is sadly at an end.
You may have your own thoughts on whether closure was a positive action, or otherwise, but one thing for sure, it was their forum and we were guests there.
We thank Starling for cultivating an active community over the last four years. We thank them for their engagement during this time and hope they found the feedback useful.
Moreover, we hope they continue to look to their customers for feedback, despite the sudden retreat from their community.
